Anaya Welding & Lease Service, Inc. has been operating since 1989. The company has over 20 years of experience in oil and gas construction and is located in Hidalgo County. Since 1989, Anaya Welding & Lease has maintained a safe work environment and effectively met corporate safety rules, regulations, procedures and standards. Therefore has been effective at contributing consistent and excellent service to the oilfield industry.

Our crews have worked with small and high volume companies and are able to preform with precise and exact specifications with the same professionalism across the board. Our qualified skilled labor has extensive experience and certifications in their positions. Our business practices are distinguished by a continuing effort to deliver exceptional value, as reflected in our guiding principles. We take pride in maintaining strict attention to quality and performance and remaining in compliance with major corporate specifications.

THE FOUNDER
One welder's dream became the foundation of this company and the roots of a genuine oilfield construction contractor. Anaya Welding & Lease evolved from Herbert Anaya's own vocation of welding and evolved into the 20 year old company you see. Mr. Anaya is still very much involved in every aspect of AWL. Since his induction into the oilfield industry via welding in 1980 he has been able to convert a single man operation into a fully equipped pipeline and oilfield construction service that services South Texas District 4 counties and some of the most respectful oil & gas producers in the nation. Anaya Welding & Lease now consists of an impenetrable family, from office staff to field operators. It is in this, that our company can offer the detailed and consice work that is required in the oilfield industry.

AWL Inc, offers the dedication in it's services that is customary within itself. It is evident by the presence of it's founder in all of it's decisions; and reflects in all of it's completed projects and operations in an industry that requires precision and expertise.

SAFETY COORDINATION

Our company believes that its employees are its most important asset and their safety and health are one of its greatest responsibilites. We measure our success by placing importance on the health and safety of our employees and contractors. We hold weekly mandatory safety meetings covering all aspects of hazards and safety precautions. Our commitment to safety is consitent throughout every stage of small and or large projects. We at Anaya Welding & Lease acknowledge the high stress of safety hazards in oilfield construction and have been successful at trying to maintain an accident-free work enviornment.
	DOT Drug & Alcohol Training Programs We have Federal DOT approved training programs compliant with 49 CFR Parts 199 and 40. We have awareness programs for the general employees and our subcontractors and Supervisors Programs for management employees, first line supervisors, and foremen. We include customer employees and subcontractors in the training whenever convenient. DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program The company uses DISA, Inc. Pipeline Testing Consortium as our third party collection agent, program manager, Medical Review Officer, and NIDA 5 panel laboratory. Our statistics and employee roster is available upon request.
DISA is a leading provider of full-service employee screening services administering drug and alcohol testing policies for U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Corporate, and Contractors Consortium Programs. They also offer a complete line of background screening products and services.

	Pipeline Training and Testing Programs AWL is currently members of both ISNetworld and Veriforce. Veriforce is an assessment and performance evaluation service provider for us. We have an administrator and OQ Evaluator approved by them as well. ISNetworld is an on-line contractor/supplier management database. Owner Clients evaluate their contractor/supplier’s information to meet internal and governmental requirements. ISNetworld Review and Verification Services (RAVS) validates this information. Additionally, contractor/suppliers use the system to manage training and record keeping requirements. Program National Databases Our collection database for all OQ information in addition to Veriforce is stored and maintained on the Isnetworld site and it is accessible to pipeline operators nationwide. We have insurance data, Safety, Safe Practices statistics, OSHA 300 Logs and information, personnel statistics, personal qualifications on all personnel, company information and other very valuable data on this vast database. SCQ-V Safety Compliance Quality - Verified The HSE safety programs for the company are submitted and audited by National Compliance Management Service NCMS, which verifies our compliance to OSHA and other agencies. This compliance verification is extensive and the only acceptable score is 100% compliance. NCMS is directed by our customers to conduct the safety audits. Our compliance scores are also available on the Isnetworld website.
